This development will be built on land first purchased by a freedman in 1871. The land has been held in the Lecque family since then and they will retain ownership of the land through a ground lease structure.

The eight unit affordable townhome development will add quality housing in the Liberty Hill neighborhood which is in the heart of the Charleston metro.
